- Drive product launches, seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital activation strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI across offline and online platforms.
- Work closely with international brand principals to align local execution with global brand direction.
- Lead and mentor a team of brand executives and coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and brand health metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the brand in regional meetings, trade shows, and partnership events.
