- Minimum 1000 hours total flight time on multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft
- Experience on EFIS jet aircraft with MTOW of 20000 kg or higher
- Valid ICAO ATPL or Frozen ATPL with instrument rating
- Class 1 Medical Certificate issued by the same authority
- English language proficiency level 4 or higher
- Recent flight experience within the last 12 months
- Strong decision-making and situational awareness skills
