Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist HR roles
Experience in UAE-based companies is mandatoryRequirements:
Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an advantage
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
