Our client is a multi-industry corporation specializing in high-end equipment manufacturing, oil and gas engineering and technical services. With a team of about 7,000 staff worldwide, they are now opening a new manufacturing location in UAE. Description
In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve corporate culture and cross-cultural training programs that support the company's global workforce, with a strong focus on the MENA region. You will play a key role in embedding corporate values, strengthening employee alignment, and supporting cross-cultural collaboration across international teams. You will also contribute to the localization of corporate culture by adapting global frameworks to regional contexts while ensuring consistency with company values. The role requires close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to ensure training programs are scalable, effective, and aligned with global HR strategies.Role & Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop structured corporate culture training programs, including onboarding, values integration, and code of conduct training.
  • Deliver corporate culture and cross-cultural training programs across the MENA region (in-person and virtual).
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, refresher programs, and leadership-level culture workshops.
  • Adapt global corporate culture frameworks to local cultural contexts while maintaining core organizational values.
  • Develop training programs focused on cross-cultural communication, collaboration, motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Support integration between local and expatriate employees by identifying cultural and communication challenges.
  • Establish training evaluation frameworks and measure effectiveness through feedback and behavioral insights.
  • Continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and scalability of programs across regions.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support global training systems, engagement initiatives, and cultural programs.
