- Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics
- American Board Certification in Pediatrics is mandatory
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities
- Experience in tertiary or academic healthcare settings
- Understanding of GCC healthcare systems is preferred
