Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience in interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple fit-out projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage full project lifecycle from tender to completionCoordinate with stakeholders: clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractorsPrepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgetsEnsure compliance with drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulationsConduct regular site visits, quality checks, and progress reportingOversee material procurement and manpower allocationEnsure timely project delivery and effective risk managementManage project documentation and handoverRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline5–7 years of experience in UAE fit-out project managementStrong knowledge of local authority approvals (e.g., DM, DCD, Trakhees)Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsUAE Driving License preferred
