- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, especially when dealing with construction-related documents and schedules.
