Job DescriptionOur client, a leading global beverage company, is hiring Key Accounts Specialists across the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for commercially driven professionals with a strong HORECA network and a proven track record in account management.Position: Key Accounts Specialist- HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)Location: Dubai | Abu Dhabi/Al Ain | Sharjah/Northern Emirates.Salary: AED 12,000-15,000 + Commision + BonusUAE Industry: Food & Beverage (Energy Drinks/Carbonated Drinks)Experience Required: Min 5-7 years.Full-time | Immediate Start Preferred.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key HORECA accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for decision-makers such as F&B Directors and Procurement Managers.
  • Develop and implement account-specific business plans to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract agreements, and pricing discussions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align objectives, address challenges, and explore growth potential.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee product availability, quality standards, and brand visibility in all HORECA outlets.
  • Drive execution of new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of key account management experience in the beverage industry, with a strong focus on HORECA.
  • Established network and in-depth knowledge of the UAE HORECA market.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or sales automation tools.
