Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Support administrative staff in organizing files, scheduling appointments, and other tasks as needed.
Follow office protocols and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an Office Boy / Girl or in a similar role preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
