- Lead end-to-end retail media enablement programs that help regional markets successfully pitch, sell, and activate advertising solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new retail media products, ad formats, and seasonal campaigns.
- Create and continuously improve sales enablement materials including pitch decks, toolkits, value propositions, and campaign narratives.
- Produce B2B communication assets such as internal updates, launch packs, playbooks, and newsletters to support advertising initiatives across markets.
- Translate complex product capabilities and advertising data into compelling commercial stories for brand partners and agencies.
- Coordinate between regional strategy teams and local market teams to ensure consistent execution of advertising programs.
- Monitor adoption, performance, and effectiveness of enablement programs and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Support strategic initiatives including agency partnership programs, industry vertical campaigns, and large regional collaborations.
- Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to improve packaging, positioning, and commercialization of retail media offerings.
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality program execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in program management, product marketing, commercial enablement, or advertising technology roles.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, retail media ecosystems, or marketplace platforms.
- Experience developing go-to-market plans and sales enablement materials that support commercial growth.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate product value and data insights effectively.
