Salary: Up to AED 15,000 per monthWe are hiring a Project Specialist to join a dynamic team within a leading Dubai-based organisation. Reporting to the Manager of Project Development, this role will play a critical part in the planning, coordination, and delivery of business-focused projects on the functional and operational side.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, stakeholder management, and translating strategic goals into actionable project plans. Experience within consultancy environments is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Define clear business project scopes, objectives, and deliverables aligned with management expectationsDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetsLead project meetings and effectively manage internal and external stakeholdersPresent project progress, findings, and recommendations to senior managementProactively identify and resolve challenges that impact project successRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field3-4+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within consultancy or project-driven organisationsProven experience handling business projects with operational or functional impactProject Management Certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is preferredProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Visio, Primavera) and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesFOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Elle Appleby
