- Develop and execute Country/Regional strategy to maximize revenue and increase market share for all company portfolio products including Advanced Staining, Core Histology, and Pathology Imaging.
- Own and lead relationships with key Accounts, driving long-term brand advocacy and increasing brand loyalty across the Healthcare ecosystem.
- Track partner KPIs including pipeline, revenue, and win rates while identifying underperforming partners and implementing improvement plans.
- Directly present Leica Biosystems solutions to end customers, including histopathologists and laboratory managers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Customer Care) to act as a partner advocate for accurate decision making.
- Education: Educated to bachelor’s degree level from related field.
- Experience: Multiple years of proven experience (minimum five years) in Channel Partner Management.
- Technical/Scientific: Scientific background or demonstrated expertise in histopathology with the ability to initiate new scientific solutions directly to Lab managers.
- Commercial Skills: Proven consultative selling skills within a complex sales environment and financial acumen regarding budgets and forecasting.
- Communication & Mobility: Fluent in English and able to accommodate extensive travel requirements of more than 60%.
- 3-5 years previous experience in Histopathology business
- Strong track records of managing channel partner and achieving commercial goals.
- Familiar with working in multinational environment.
