ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and other team members to integrate design concepts into the BIM model.
• Coordinate and manage model updates, revisions, and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the creation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of BIM models by adhering to project standards, best practices, and client requirements.
• Participate in clash detection and resolve any conflicts or issues related to the BIM model.
• Generate 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and client reviews.
• Assist in the development of BIM-related processes and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with a strong focus on architecture.

• Must have work experience from design consulting companies in the GCC, ideally from UAE.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software (Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural design, building systems, and construction processes.
• Experience working with project teams to develop and manage BIM models from schematic design through construction.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, guidelines, and project workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
