– Spearhead the design process from initial concept through to construction documentation and site implementation.
– Collaborate closely with our internal team of Designers, Visualisers, Drafters, and FF&E specialists to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions.
– Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and sub-consultants to ensure full adherence to Dubai's regulatory framework and project-specific requirements.
– Track design milestones and progress, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
– Align design development with feasibility studies and investment objectives.
– Assess and approve design submissions to uphold high standards of quality, functionality, and market appeal.
– Contribute strategically to refining internal design workflows and elevating overall project outcomes.
– Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the design journey.Required profileIdeal Profile:
