A B.Ed., or degree, and PGCE/PGDE or equivalent with strong subject knowledge.
At least 2 years' experience with the National Curriculum for England.
Proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning.
A mindset that believes all students can achieve top performance, with the drive to support them.
Experience contributing to an enriched curriculum program.
