M&A Associate (Dubai)

• Advise on public and private M&A transactions across the Middle East and internationally.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation including share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
• Work closely with partners and cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional deals.
• Develop strong client relationships with regional corporates and international investors.

• England & Wales qualified solicitor or qualified in another common law jurisdiction.
• Experience in M&A or corporate transactions gained at a leading international law firm.
• Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Open to relocation to Dubai and working on regional transactions.
• Arabic language skills beneficial but not essential.
