• Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times in line with hotel standards
• Rotate across food and beverage sub-departments or other hotel departments as assigned
• Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned work areas
• Deliver high-quality service in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace and surrounding areas
• Monitor operating supplies and minimize spoilage and wastage
• Report for duty punctually in correct uniform and name tag, maintaining high personal hygiene standards
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments
• Comply with hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene, health and safety standards, and local legislation
• Adapt to operational changes and support redeployment to meet business and guest service needs

• Collect general and food and beverage requisitions
• Prepare and record inventory on daily, monthly, and quarterly bases
• Report engineering issues and raise HOTSOS requests as required
• Maintain daily logs and update the logbook consistently

• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
• Recommend food and beverage combinations and upsell alternatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue

• Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional approach
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and departments
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
