Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences. Coordinate with the Store Manager to create personalized and exclusive client events to enhance client engagement and retention. Collaborate with the Store management team to develop clients & prospects initiatives to drive to Store. Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies. Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry. Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably with a minimum of 30% High Jewelry total turnover Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, story-telling, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages preferred. Fluent in English, Arabic or another language appreciated Proficiency in CRM software and very important clienteling skills.
