## Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Ericsson as an Associate Technology Advisor– CIO Office EMEA in Cloud Software and Services. This role is exclusively open to Emiratis, in line with our commitment to supporting national talent development.This position is particularly suited for interns or recent graduates who are looking to transition into a full-time, permanent role. In this role, you will have the chance to further develop Ericsson's unique position by contributing to thought and technology leadership across key overarching themes such as AI, Autonomous Networks, and Network Programmability, in addition to contributing to the CSS strategy for EMEA. This includes participating in research, building assets, developing value argumentation narratives, and supporting customer presentations.The role will involve close collaboration with Service Lines, the Strategy Execution Team, Solution Areas, GF Technology, and other key functions, with continuous guidance from senior colleagues. Together, you will work to strengthen EMEA's capabilities in addressing the most demanding customer challenges.What you will do:
  • Support and contribute to thought leadership themes in the scope of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Network Programmability, Autonomous Networks, Security, and more.
  • Provide research outputs based on facts and data as inputs for whitepapers and value argumentation positioning.
  • Build assets (presentations, whitepapers, etc.) to support thought leadership activities.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base and repository of assets across thought leadership themes.
  • Participate in ephemeral squads driving strategic program execution.
  • Support customer units, the CIO, and SLs in customer presentations and workshops.
  • Monitor new technologies and emerging trends.
  • Support regulatory framework observatory activities across geographies.
The skills you bring:
  • Good understanding of the new technologies’ ecosystem and landscape.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Strong curiosity, a learning mindset, and willingness to grow in a technology advisory environment.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and the Office suite.
  • Knowledge of the Ericsson Portfolio would be a significant advantage.
