The role requires basic technical knowledge, willingness to learn, and the ability to support technicians on-site while ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the AC Technician Helper include, but are not limited to:Assist AC Technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systemsSupport in handling tools, equipment, and materials required for AC worksHelp in cleaning, servicing, and replacing AC components such as filters, coils, and ductsLoad and unload equipment and ensure proper storage of tools after useFollow instructions from technicians and supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficientlyMaintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper disposal of waste materialsAssist in identifying basic faults and report issues to the technicianFollow safety guidelines and company procedures at all timesSupport in routine maintenance schedules across multiple propertiesPerform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support smooth operationsRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)1–2 years of experience in HVAC or maintenance fieldBasic knowledge of air conditioning systems is an advantagePhysically fit and able to work in outdoor and site conditionsWillingness to learn and grow in the HVAC fieldGood teamwork and communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and work under supervisionBasic understanding of safety practices in maintenance workFlexible and willing to work across different locations as requiredFounded in 1978, Al Marwan is dedicated to serving customers in the construction, machinery, real estate and hospitality industries across the GCC.
