Senior Product Manager - Consumer Platform - Talabat - Dubai, UAE

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of consumer-facing product features across Talabat's digital platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, and design teams to develop innovative product solutions.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify product opportunities and growth areas.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize development initiatives based on business KPIs and customer impact.
• Conduct product discovery, customer development, and data-driven experiments to validate new features and improvements.
• Work closely with research and design teams to identify unmet customer needs and enhance the user journey.
• Prototype and iterate on product ideas quickly to launch new capabilities and optimize existing services.
• Measure the performance of released features and drive continuous product improvements using experimentation and analytics.
• Coordinate with commercial, marketing, and strategy teams to support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and strategic plans with internal stakeholders across global teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management within digital platforms, technology companies, or online marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, and design.
• Ability to analyze product metrics and customer insights to guide decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex product challenges.
• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or online platform businesses is an advantage.
• Experience launching new digital products or business models is highly desirable.
