- Achieve and exceed store sales budgets through consistent monitoring and performance management
- Lead monthly sales review sessions to improve category performance and drive commercial focus
- Develop action plans to increase sales of exclusive and promotional products
- Manage store P and L including OPEX, utilities, staffing costs, and controllable expenses
- Maintain shrinkage within approved tolerance through daily compliance monitoring and stock control
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely stock replenishment
- Enforce brand service standards to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences
- Handle customer concerns and product queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Drive loyalty programmes and implement strategies to improve transaction value and conversion rates
- Ensure flawless execution of promotions, merchandising standards, and operational procedures
- Implement internal controls, SOP compliance, and asset protection measures
- Coordinate with mall management and manage banking and store documentation
- Develop and monitor team Personal Development Plans and performance reviews
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and team capability development
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience within the beauty sector
- Strong knowledge of retail KPIs including UPT, ATV, compliance, audit, and shrinkage management
- Demonstrated experience managing store P and L responsibilities
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in retail reporting systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
