Languages: English - Fluent | Hindi - Conversational/FluentJob SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-end interior fit-out and construction projects, ensuring:
- Timely project completion
- Adherence to quality standards
- Completion within budget
- Efficient utilization of resources
- Timely invoicing and receipts
- Lead the Project Management team and own all project processes including construction, risk, quality, and commercial management
- Establish frameworks to ensure all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and at expected quality, supporting organizational gross margin targets
- Plan, supervise, and control project activities: mobilization, engineering, construction, procurement, quality, risk, HSE, billing, certification, and handover
- Act as the company representative for all project communications
- Ensure technical excellence, mobilize resources, and support quality initiatives
- Develop budgets, schedules, and plans, monitoring progress throughout the project
- Identify and address potential delays or cost overruns; advise management on scope changes
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and contract communications
- Implement project systems and SOPs with strict compliance
- Perform additional duties as per SOP requirements
- Monitor labor productivity and resource allocation
- Audit project systems and processes to ensure compliance
- Conduct performance reviews and recognize top talent
- Address performance gaps effectively
- Construction Manager: Ensure project execution aligns with schedule
- Project Supervisors: Monitor design adherence, methodology, and productivity
- Project Planner: Maintain schedules and reports
- Quality Representative: Ensure quality objectives are met
- QS / Finance: Monitor billing and receivables
- Procurement: Vendor selection, contracts, material approvals
- Document Controller: Ensure proper documentation
- Design/Drafting Team: Timely and accurate submission of drawings
- HSE Team: Enforce safety and housekeeping standards
- Site Storekeepers: Maintain materials and records
- Labor Workforce: Manage productivity, motivation, and training
- Subcontractors: Manage selection, performance, deliveries, and approvals
- Project management: planning, monitoring, control
- Engineering & technical knowledge: interior finishes, materials, handcraftsmanship, global quality standards
- Software: MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera
- People management: cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Commercial & contracts management: billing, documentation, contract compliance
- Communication & leadership: professional representation, drafting communications, leading by example
- Large-scale interior fit-out projects (Gulf, Europe, or A-grade India)
- Managed diverse teams and worked with consultants and structured client environments
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- Certifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying preferred
- ISO 9001 knowledge and Primavera certification advantageous
