- Lead the overall delivery of the project, ensuring full compliance with contract requirements, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Take full responsibility for project performance, including cost control, revenue, invoicing, and financial outcomes.
- Manage and direct the site supervision team, including engineers and inspectors across all disciplines.
- Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and change management processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and effective communication.
- Lead coordination between design, supervision, and support services to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Review and approve major technical decisions, variations, and contractor submissions.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract, safety, and quality requirements.
- Lead project reporting, including progress, risks, financial status, and KPIs.
- Drive resolution of complex technical, contractual, and operational issues.
- Support business development activities, including client engagement and identification of new opportunities.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, team performance management, and staff development.
- Maintain full accountability for project outcomes and successful delivery.
- • Post-Contract Project Management and Supervision Consultancy experience in delivering large scale projects commissioned by reputable developers.
- Experience and acumen in managing and working effectively across multi-disciplinary teams and multi-divisional teams.
- Experience and acumen in managing and working effectively across all support services, divisions, internal and external stakeholders not limited to customers, statutory bodies, sub-consultants etc.
- Working knowledge and appreciation of industry best practices, SSH’s Policies, Procedures, Manuals, Guidelines, Systems and Applications with the ability to drive full implementation and compliance across the RTE Project and Construction Management Services delivery not limited to QHSE, Contracts, Stakeholder, Commercial, Risk and Change Management.
- Working knowledge and appreciation of International and Statutory Authority requirements, codes and procedures with the ability to drive full implementation and compliance across the Projects withing the region and Construction Management Services delivery.
- Motivated and enthusiastic towards continuous improvement in company, team and own individual objectives.
- Peoples skills, team management acumen and stakeholder management ability.
- Proficient Command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge and command of Arabic and/or other languages is advantageous (or mandatory depending on project location and Client profile).
