- Engage in research activities to contribute to the field of urology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in performing advanced urological procedures.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
