A leading international law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance associate (4-6 years' PQE) to join its highly ranked Middle East practice in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role offers exposure to complex, high-value transactions across the MENA region and beyond, advising under English and UAE law on a broad range of matters including syndicated and bilateral lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, private credit, fund finance, restructurings and portfolio transactions.The team acts for top-tier banks, sovereign wealth funds, private credit providers and sponsors, and is consistently recognised as a Band 1 practice by the leading legal directories. Associates are given early responsibility for running transactions and working directly with clients within a collaborative, meritocratic environment.
