Key Responsibilities:System Selection: Select appropriate HVAC equipment (VRF, DX, AHUs, Chiller terminals) based on project requirements using manufacturer software.Heat Load Calculation: Perform accurate thermal load cooling calculations to ensure system integrity.Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical submittals, compliance statements, and quotations for the sales team.Design Support: Utilize AutoCAD to review or draft shop drawings and equipment layouts.Product Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for Rheem AC units and Clima Uno products, staying updated on the latest HVAC technologies.Value Engineering: Identify opportunities to optimize designs to provide competitive pricing without compromising on quality or performance.Must have skills:
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) for load calculations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design review.
  • Deep understanding of VRF, DX Systems, and AHUs.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines for tender submissions.
  • Communication: Fluent in English; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
