Responsibilities:Follow the implementation plan and achieve daily targets Cross-sell the platform to more users through effective engagement with customers and prospectsDevelop and maintain good relationship with camp bosses and camp admin teams.Complete your daily onboarding numbers and update stakeholdersHighlight and escalate critical path items to ensure timely delivery of solutionsMonitor and evaluate user implementation progress at all stagesReport implementation progress to internal and external stake holdersSupport with timely resolution of user queries or escalations and help deliver necessary process improvementsEngage and follow-up with users to proactivelyConduct post implementation reviews to obtain user feedback and ensure to capture the voice of the userWork toward continued improvement of user onboarding experience; and elevate user activation and retentionRequired SkillsPrevious Solution Delivery/Implementation experience at financial services providersFamiliarity with Android and IOS applicationsStrong verbal communication skillsDetail orientated; superior problem solving and organizational and skills; and an ability to ideate, conceptualize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.Commercial mindset, focused on driving value for both company and user.
