- Lead and manage transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to business systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into system requirements and technology solutions
- Track project progress regarding timelines, cost, and scope, ensuring all deliverables are met within the predefined baseline.
- Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders and resolve any issues promptly.
- Support the organisation with continuous improvement efforts, driving automation, and refining business processes.
- Design and implement workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools that enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
- Build relationships across the organisation to gain buy-in, move initiatives forward, and work with different stakeholders to reformulate the policy, procedure, and standard operating procedures (SOP) to enhance the effectiveness of new process Improvement/automation & Internal control.
- Lead and manage a team of business system analysts, system administrators, and other technical staff, providing direction, mentorship, and support for professional development.
- Establish strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, external vendors, and consultants to drive application improvements and enhancements.
- Lead the design and development of integrated business process flows, ensuring alignment with global best practices and business system capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess system interface, integration, and performance requirements.
- Manage and oversee the testing process, including preparing test cases, testing strategies, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, including environment setup, issue resolution, and feedback incorporation.
- Design and implement dashboards and reports for management, providing actionable insights at the board level.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that system-generated reports are accurate and aligned with business objectives
- Provide functional support for business systems to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, business processes, and user inquiries.
- Track and manage IT tickets: Ensure that all reported issues, changes, and requests are logged, assigned, and tracked through resolution
- Prioritise issues based on business impact, severity, and urgency, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly.
- Monitor Change Requests: Ensure all changes to the business systems are documented and approved before implementation and track their progress through the change management process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- A Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
- Finance Qualification ACCA, CA. is desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in business systems, including ERP/CRM transformation, delivery management, change management, and project management.
- 5 Years of Experience in Oracle Fusion as a functional consultant
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, internal controls, data analytics, system architecture and process automation.
- Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong experience in system selection, implementation, integration, and optimisation of enterprise systems
- Experience in gap analysis, BRD documentation, and system configuration
- Skilled in Process analysis, re-engineering, and process automation in Finance, HRMS & Procurement, Admission & Marketing Domain.
- Must have Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Modules such as AP, AR, GL, CM, IC, Budgeting, Global HR, ORC, G&P, Payroll, and iExpense.
