- Collaborate with UK category and supply teams to align range strategy, quality standards, and sustainability goals
- Manage category performance through sales analysis, forecasting, and range optimization
- Support store layout, assortment planning, and product availability to maximize market share
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and store teams to ensure timely stock flow
- Use commercial insights to recommend pricing, promotions, and range improvements
- Experience in food buying, category management, or retail procurement
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with a focus on margin and stock control
- Understanding of food retail operations and multi-market sourcing
- Ability to work cross-functionally with international teams
- Strong planning, negotiation, and supplier management capabilities
