Senior Sustainability Specialist - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAE

• Contribute to sustainability planning and evaluation for complex infrastructure and masterplan projects from concept to completion
• Manage multiple multidisciplinary projects requiring sustainability strategies and certifications such as LEED, Envision, WELL, Estidama, Mostadam, and BREEAM
• Develop tailored sustainability strategies aligned with each project's objectives, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Guide project teams during planning, design development, tendering, and construction supervision to achieve sustainability targets
• Prepare technical reports, studies, and documentation for sustainability certifications and environmental deliverables
• Develop RFPs and support the appointment of suitable sustainability sub-consultants
• Manage and review outputs from appointed sub-consultants to ensure quality and compliance
• Review and respond to RFIs and technical queries related to sustainability and environmental matters
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to gather and validate required information
• Review sustainability-related deliverables prepared by consultants, suppliers, and contractors for accuracy and quality

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sustainability consultancy within international engineering design or project management environments
• Professional credentials such as Estidama PCRS PQP, LEED AP, WELL AP, or BREEAM AP
• Strong understanding of global sustainability trends and their practical application on large-scale projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to collaborate across teams, geographies, and stakeholder groups
