- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE laws.
- Manage cash flow, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, providing strategic insights for decision-making.
- Manage and review financial audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with company objectives.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and corporate tax filings.
- Monitor and optimize the company’s financial systems, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring high levels of performance and development.
- 6-7 years of experience in finance, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Expertise in VAT, corporate tax filings, and auditing.
- Proven experience in managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Excel (ERP systems experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Indian male preferred, with familiarity with local finance regulations and tax laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or CPA qualification is a plus).
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
