Assist in co-ordinating materials, components, and service requirements for external manufacturing partners.
Support the team in sourcing studies and analysing pricing from EMOs.
Help review cost breakdowns, contract terms, and supply risks for externally produced goods.
Assist with gathering data for quarterly supplier reviews.
Maintain procurement trackers related to EMO volumes, pricing and supply performance.
Support cost-saving and cost-avoidance analysis for EMOs.
Update ERP and supplier master data as required (under supervision).
Support change management and project rollout activities at EMOs.

The experience we're looking for

A degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
Previous work or internship experience including graduate work is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work confidently with data.
Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Anaplan or equivalent).
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
