- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel plans when required
- Handling documentation, filing systems, and maintaining proper records for office use
- Supporting general office administration and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently
- Maintaining a presentable, professional image while representing the organization
- Multitasking between administrative duties while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar receptionist or executive secretary role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional appearance and confident interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently and independently
