Job DescriptionHostess | Dubai | Ultra Luxury HotelWe are excited to announce the opening of a new ultra-luxury hotel resort in Dubai and are looking for enthusiastic HOSTESS to join the team.Start date is 1st May 2026.Comprehensive 10-week training program will be provided.Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests with elegance and professionalism.
  • Manage reservations and guest flow using digital booking systems.
  • Escort guests to tables and ensure seating preferences are honored.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth table turnover and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and uphold luxury hospitality standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with discretion and efficiency.
  • Promote hotel loyalty programs and special dining events.
  • Monitor dining room ambiance including lighting, music, and cleanliness.
  • Assist with VIP guest recognition and personalized service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Hospitality qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
  • Previous bartending experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
