Minimum - bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree / Masters is a plus
CIPS / equivalent accreditation
Project Management accreditation
Business Arabic and English - Verbal and writtenPrevious experience:
A minimum of 10 Years’ experience in Procurement and supply chain related position
Advanced knowledge of building construction and Facilities Management
Advanced knowledge of Project management
Previous experience in E-Procurement solutions & tools
