Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including common areas and meeting rooms.
Assist in setting up and organizing meetings, including preparing refreshments and arranging seating.
Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, groceries, and other items as needed.
Assist in basic administrative tasks, including data entry and answering phone calls.
Follow all safety and security procedures in the office premises.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Physical ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
