- Coordinating delivery across multiple project portfolios
- Maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource tracking
- Tracking progress and producing status reports and dashboards
- Managing RAID logs and escalating risks/issues
- Supporting PMO governance, reporting, and documentation standards
- Coordinating stakeholders across business, IT, and leadership teams
- Supporting SDLC activities including testing and validation
- Driving follow-ups and ensuring delivery milestones are met
- 4–10 years' experience in project coordination / PMO environments
- Strong experience in project tracking, reporting, and governance
- Exposure to enterprise-level, multi-stakeholder project environments
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Excel, Power BI or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
