Monitor and evaluate food safety practices and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety protocols, including proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
Investigate and respond to food safety incidents, complaints, and non-compliance issues, implementing corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risks.
Maintain accurate records of food safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, or a related field.
Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is highly desirable.
Previous experience in food safety management or a related role, preferably in the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
