As Chief of Staff, this role will work closely with the founder on various different strategic and operational elements of the role. A large crux of the role will be to take ownership of the project management elements of investor conferences, road shows, pitches and other business development activities.Other duties include research and analysis work with the investment team, orchestrating strong performance through various KPI reporting methods, oversight of the wider team, client interactions on behalf of the founder, driving operational efficiency and ad hoc project execution.This role will give the Chief of Staff the opportunity to work alongside the top 1% of financial services professionals, not just across the GCC but also across Europe and North America.About you
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will posses at least 8 years' professional experience with at least 4 years being closely correlated across VC, PE, IB or consulting.
