This pivotal executive role will lead the formulation and delivery of the Human Capital strategy, driving cultural evolution, enterprise-wide change initiatives, advanced people analytics, and nationalisation programmes. Operating at the highest levels of the organisation, the Director will shape long-term workforce priorities while embedding core values, behaviours, and employee experience standards across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Lead development and execution of the People strategy of the entire organisation.
  • Translate business priorities into clear programmes and measurable initiatives across the employee journey.
  • Own the strategic scorecard, including KPI design, measurement, and reporting.
  • Drive organisation-wide culture-shaping frameworks aligned to values and engagement goals.
  • Lead enterprise change management strategy, supporting major transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee people analytics and ensure insights inform strategic decisions.
  • Own nationalisation strategy, partnerships with regulators, and integration across all HR functions.
Shape and influence the organisation's enterprise‑wide people strategyMust be Arabic-speaking with proven HR/people strategy & change leadership
  • 12+ years of experience in HR strategy and transformation, with a strong leadership track record across strategy, culture, and change
  • Must be a business-proficient Arabic speaker
  • Must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in dedicated HR/people strategy and transformation roles, either within large complex, UAE-based organisations or recognisable consulting firms
  • Will require proven success designing and delivering enterprise-level people strategies.
  • Experience managing multi-functional HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytics capability and experience using workforce insights for decision-making.
  • Background in large, complex, or multinational organisations; nationalisation experience advantageous.
