- Help with the maintenance and care of farm equipment and facilities
- Participate in irrigation and pest control activities
- Support livestock management tasks, if applicable
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is helpful.
- Good verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
- Capability to assist in identifying and resolving basic issues.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Understanding of safety practices and protocols in a workplace setting.
