Job Title: HRIS OfficerLocation: Abu DhabiContract Duration: 3–6 months (extendable)Job Summary:Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security while delivering effective HR reporting and analytics.Key Responsibilities:Assist in HRIS implementation, upgrades, and system enhancementsMaintain and update HR master data ensuring high data integrity and accuracyEnsure HR data security and compliance with data protection standardsPrepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reportsConduct system testing (UAT & integration) for smooth functionalityCoordinate with users and IT to resolve system-related issuesSupport system configuration, integrations, and vendor coordinationPerform regular HR data audits and maintain documentationProvide user support and contribute to HR analytics initiativesQualifications & Experience:5–8 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in HRISHands-on experience in HR system implementation and upgradesStrong understanding of data integrity, data security, and complianceGood analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
