  • Develop and enforce technology governance structures aligned with internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Drive IT risk identification, assessment, and mitigation in coordination with internal audit and compliance teams
  • Oversee all vendor contracts, ensuring strong financial controls, SLAs, and performance monitoring frameworks
  • Lead PMO operations to ensure consistent, quality-focused execution across complex tech portfolios
  • Implement QA practices and project controls that enhance delivery success and transparency
  • Plan and manage annual tech budgets and workforce allocation to optimize investment in innovation
  • Define demand and portfolio management processes within MAF Tech, ensuring alignment to business priorities
  • Champion change management strategies and promote collaborative governance across the group
Candidate Requirements
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in PMO, risk, audit, or technology governance roles at enterprise scale
  • Advanced degree in business, IT, systems engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • CGEIT, PMP, CISA, CISM, or ITIL certifications strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional project teams and regulatory compliance in a group tech setting
  • Strong understanding of IT budgeting, portfolio oversight, and large-scale vendor management
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead governance transformation initiatives
