• Implements simple application components through appropriate software development life cycle methodology.
• Assists Support in conducting various application testing such as unit, integration, security, performance etc.
• Implements Perform minor application enhancements and Perform modifications, changes, or other maintenance necessary to correct errors according to its applicable specifications, and any applicable service levels.
• Analyzes Provide analysis, resolution for incident and request. Monitor calls progress in appropriate tools.
• Implements Support in creating system documentation such as Code Comments, Technical wikis, User Manual, Production Support, Training Guides etc.
• Maintains Stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to IT department to meet departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
• Support in creating application documentation such as API Documentation, Contract documentation for integration with other system, Training Guides etc.
