Business Growth: Identify opportunities for new payroll company and customer acquisition.
Cross sell other products to customers to increase the bank's market share.
Participate in customer acquisition events and campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Ensure all activities comply with internal bank policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Participate in compliance training and audits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal banking products.
Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and suitability.
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product offerings.Skills and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services
