- Holding a degree in hotel management or a related field in experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with a clear track record.
- Excellent computer system skills.
- Ideally at least 15 to 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Significant luxury and international experience.
- Specialization in Sales and Marketing Operations, Strategic Sales Planning and Key Account Management fields.
- Supervise 2 or more pre-opening or existing hotel establishment and its operations. And 5 to 10 years of experience as a General Manager or Asst. General Manager.
- Under the administrative supervision of the Managing Partner/Group General Manager/ Chief Executive Officer and within the limits of hotels policies and procedures and local requirements, is responsible for all hotel operations and financial controls.
- Will perform any duties Chief Executive Officer deems necessary within employee’s capabilities.
