We are looking for a motivated Emirati Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team as part of our Graduate Development Program. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across design, project coordination, and site exposure while working on impactful infrastructure and built environment projects.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects (roads, utilities, structures, etc.)
  • Support preparation of drawings, reports, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP, and project managers
  • Participate in site visits to understand construction practices and project execution
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project specifications
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities
  • Contribute to sustainability and quality initiatives within projects
