Profile descriptionKey Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience in financial technology, banking systems, or payment solutions.

Proven leadership experience in senior technology roles, such as CTO or VP of Engineering.

Expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and RESTful API development.

Strong understanding of payment processing, remittances, and financial security protocols.

Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, security best practices, and risk management.

Ability to lead and scale distributed engineering teams.

Hands-on experience with real-time transaction processing systems
