This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions, driving operational excellence, supporting market activation, and delivering enhanced value for clients .Roles and Responsibilities:Develops and executes the cross line of service solutioning strategy for Managed Services offerings, aligned with business objectives and industry best practicesLeads and takes accountability for the solution he/she is responsible for. Work with team of technical professionals, architects and support staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to maximize efficiency and effectivenessIdentifies opportunities for collaboration and integration across multiple Lines of ServiceLeads the design and development of integrated solutions that cater to the unique needs of multiple Lines of ServiceEnsures alignment of solutions with business requirements and compliance standardsCollaborates closely with clients to understand their cross-functional requirements and deliver tailored solutionsProvides expert advice and recommendations to clients to optimize their business processesProvides technical leadership and guidance to multiple stakeholders across the businessStays updated with emerging changes and trends to drive continuous improvement in solutioning approachesIdentifies potential risks and challenges related to cross line of service solutioning and implementing effective mitigation strategiesFosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and technology teams, to promote effective collaborationActs as a point of contact for cross line of service solutioning queries and discussionsEnsures compliance with technology contracts and agreements.
